Terms and Conditions for Customized Logos on ITEMS

By placing an order for a customized logo on mug or other item, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

Customization Process:

Our team will begin the customization process for your order once we  have received payment and any necessary artwork or design files from  you. We will provide you with a proof of the design before we begin production. Please review the proof carefully and let us know if any changes need to be made. Once you approve the proof, we will begin production. 

Artwork and Design Ownership:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any artwork or design files that you provide to us for customization. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the artwork or design files for your customized item. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the artwork or design files. 

Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in the customized items and any artwork or design files used to create them, belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Returns and Refunds:

Please refer to our refund and return policy for customized logos on mugs and other items for our policies regarding returns and refunds.

Liability Limitations: 

Our liability for any damages arising out of your purchase of a customized item is limited to the purchase price of the item. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your purchase or use of the customized item.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your order for any reason, including but not limited to the use of inappropriate or offensive content in your customized design.

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we are located.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: 

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at  any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes to the terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
