We  strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases from our store. If for any reason you are not happy with your customized logo on mug or other item, please contact us within 14 days  of receiving your order to initiate a refund or return.

Refund Policy:

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for you. We will require photographic proof  of the issue and may ask you to return the item to us for inspection.  Once we have verified the issue, we will provide a refund or exchange for you. However, please note that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for customized items due to their unique nature and inability to resell.

Return Policy: 

If you would like to return your customized item for any reason other than a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and we will only provide a refund if the item is returned in its original condition. Please note that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for customized items due to their unique nature and inability to resell.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you wish to cancel your order for a customized item, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we have started the customization process, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
