Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 2-3 business days. Shipping costs for customized items will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

Order Tracking: 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via  email. You can use this tracking number to track your order and see the estimated delivery date.

International Shipping: 

We do offer international shipping for customized items. Please note that international shipping may take longer than domestic shipping and may be subject to additional fees, such as customs duties and taxes.  These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included  in our shipping costs.

Delivery Issues:
